British Motor Racing Circuits : Charter

The purpose of these pages is to provide information on all events at British motor-racing circuits via the Internet. The information will be of interest to existing motorsport fans, the main aim however is to encourage armchair followers of the sport to attend meetings. To this end additional information will be provided to make their visit more enjoyable. All national, regional and circuit based championships for Cars, Motorcycles and Trucks will be covered. Every circuit will have its own index page. The information provided will include:

Geographical Information: Where the circuit is, how to get there, where to stay, address and contact information.
Spectator Information: Maps, diagrams, where to park, where to eat, the best places to view the action.
Race Information: Dates, prices, organisers, championship events and vehicle types.
Reportage: Reviews of events at the circuits.
Links: Hypertext links to other Internet motorsport resources.

All National championships will have their own homepages containing further information which will have hypertext links from the event calendar. Pages include: Formula 2, Formula 3, Formula Ford, Formula Renault, British Touring Cars, Eurocars, British GT cars.

Formula 1 will not be covered in any great detail on these pages, there are many fine Internet resources already dedicated to this flagship of motorsport, see the links section.

These pages are not yet self-financing and I am actively seeking sponsorship. I do my best to get it right, but if I get it wrong please let me know. I live in the South-East of England and cannot visit all the circuits on a regular basis.
